Building
I've spent much of the past two years working with and thinking about AI. My theory was that it makes products for very niche audiences viable, because the cost of building them has fallen so far.
I built Agora, a social platform based around the greatest books ever written, and Morning Pour, an AI latte art coach for home baristas, from that idea.
Now I'm expanding that thinking by building an agent I can read books with, and that can coach me to think more deeply. I still think it's very early in the AI wave and I want to be near the front of it without conceding my thinking to it (this is not easy).
