Summary

I hit my 40s and it seemed like a good time to start brewing my own coffee and trying my hand at being a barista. I’ve learned a lot from YouTube channels like James Hoffman and Lance Hedrick. However, I don’t have 30 minutes each morning to go over their highly entertaining videos on how to froth the milk, when to wiggle your jug and when to draw the line. I want instant feedback.

As a result, I built Morning Pour, which uses AI to assess your coffee. It gives you a score out of 100 and tips on what went well and what to work on.

Again, this is more of a hobby and my plan is to make it profitable quickly rather than try and pretend it’s some sort of behemoth.
